HOW WE CHARGE

We charge a base fee which is volume driven for the following package: One Registration Link ready to connect with your nominated websites Secure collection and maintenance of participant registration information, including any or all of the following:

Demographics Module (Delegate contact details)
Registration types – Multiple options
Function Module – Booking of functions and excursions and tours offered
Accommodation booking
Dietary requirements and special requests
Travel and Transfer Details
Marketing Module – Tracking of promotional campaign etc
Automatic email confirmation
Encrypted credit card processing facility
One management login via management zone using the internet 24/7 allowing access to standard reports in PDF format
Attendee login – delegate accessing their record 24/7 to update
One bulk export in excel with final delegate information
One standard bulk email to outstanding payments
One standard final confirmation email
MODULES

All modules are recorded under each delegate's record. There is a range of modules from Demographics, Marketing, Notes, Conference, Functions, Audit Trail, Profile, Mail Center, Report Writer, Budgeting & Accounting, Accommodation, Travel, Exhibitions, Speakers, Project Manager, CRS Interface.

The Interactive module is a real-time web integration package and allows on-line registrations via the Web, interacting in real-time with the database. Multiple sites are possible for each event.

A competitive credit card merchant fee will be charged on each transaction.
Collected funds are paid by EFT and swift at regular intervals.
